Engineering Challenge

Merion Golf needed a complete pumping and support system installed, but their mechanical room did not have enough space to house all required components. The project required a solution that could accommodate multiple pieces of equipment while working within strict space limitations.

FabPro Solution

FabPro designed and fabricated a custom pump package housed inside an outdoor enclosure. The system was engineered to integrate all required equipment into a single compact solution, including two 50 HP pumps, system controls, air separator, expansion tank, glycol feed unit, chemical feed system, space heater, lighting, and a single-point power connection with a distribution panel.

The layout was designed in Inventor to ensure precise fit, proper clearances, and efficient equipment arrangement prior to fabrication. The completed system was fully assembled and tested in FabPro’s facility before shipment.

Build & Delivery

Photos and video captured during final assembly and transport show the completed unit leaving the warehouse floor. This stage highlights the scale of the system, the integrated design, and FabPro’s ability to deliver fully assembled equipment ready for installation on site.

Project Results
